for GREAT WALLET Decentralized Wallet
1. Definitions

GREAT WALLET Decentralized Wallet: A decentralized digital wallet application that allows users to store, manage, and transact cryptocurrencies securely and self-managed.

Seed Phrase (Recovery Phrase): A series of 12 to 24 keywords generated when creating a wallet, used to restore access to the wallet if needed.

Secret Code: A password set by the user to access their wallet.

PIN Code: A personal identification number of 4 to 6 digits used to authenticate transactions or quickly access the wallet.

Private Key: A unique code that allows users to access and manage digital assets in their wallet. This code is generated when the wallet is set up and cannot be recovered if lost.

KYC (Know Your Customer): The process of verifying user identity, requiring the provision of personal information and valid documents for verification before using certain services.

2. Purpose of Use

GREAT WALLET is designed to provide a decentralized cryptocurrency storage solution, giving users complete control over their digital assets without the need for any intermediaries.

To ensure security and compliance with legal regulations, users must complete the KYC process before they can send and receive cryptocurrencies through GREAT WALLET.

3. User Benefits

Complete Control: Users have full control and management of their cryptocurrency assets without relying on a third party.

Transaction Security: Perform transactions on the blockchain platform securely and transparently, with protection by a personal PIN code.

Private Key Management: Users have full control over their private key, ensuring that no one else can access the wallet without their permission.

Information Security: Personal information provided during the KYC process will be kept confidential and used only for identity verification purposes, not shared with third parties unless legally required.

4. User Responsibilities

Complete KYC: Users must complete the KYC process to be allowed to send and receive cryptocurrencies through GREAT WALLET. Failure to complete KYC may restrict the use of the wallet's main features.

Secure Seed Phrase, Secret Code, PIN Code, and Private Key: Users are solely responsible for securing their seed phrase, secret code, PIN code, and private key. GREAT WALLET does not store or have the ability to recover this information.

Loss of Seed Phrase, Secret Code, PIN Code, or Private Key: In the event that a user loses their seed phrase, secret code, PIN code, or private key, GREAT WALLET cannot recover the wallet or assets stored in the wallet. The user will lose all access and all digital currency in the wallet will be lost.

Do not share Seed Phrase, Secret Code, PIN Code, or Private Key: Users should not share their seed phrase, secret code, PIN code, or private key with anyone, including support services, to avoid the risk of asset loss.

5. Security and Private Key Management Regulations

Decentralized System: GREAT WALLET is built on a decentralized platform and does not store any personal information or access data of users.

Seed Phrase, Secret Code, PIN Code, and Private Key: These are the only factors to access and secure the wallet, and cannot be recovered if lost. GREAT WALLET does not store this information in any form.

Private Key Management: Users have full control over their private key, ensuring that activities in the wallet are carried out safely and securely.

6. Terms of Use

GREAT WALLET is not responsible for any loss arising from the user losing their seed phrase, secret code, PIN code, or private key.
Users must comply with the laws related to the use of cryptocurrencies in their region.
The KYC process is mandatory to carry out cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal transactions on the GREAT WALLET platform.

7. Disclaimer

GREAT WALLET is not responsible for any loss of assets due to user error, including but not limited to the loss of seed phrase, secret code, PIN code, or private key.
Users are solely responsible for managing their assets and must understand the risks associated with using a decentralized wallet.

8. Termination of Use

Users can stop using GREAT WALLET at any time without prior notice. However, they must ensure that the assets in the wallet have been transferred to another wallet or are fully secured.
GREAT WALLET has the right to terminate the user's right to use the wallet if it detects any violation of the regulations and terms of use.

9. Modification of Terms

GREAT WALLET may update and amend the terms of use from time to time. Users will be notified in advance of any changes via the app or GREAT WALLET's official information channels.
