This is the foundation for applying economic cooperation linkage operations for businesses in the Mekong region to become large economic groups in maximizing the power of the sharing economy and transparent distributed ledger technology Blockchain Smart Contract to implement linked value chains and share surplus values equally among participating elements. The initiative's financial resources are about 100 billion USD through the mobilization of corporate bonds and counterpart capital from the World Bank; Asian Development Bank (ADB); regional and extra-regional banking organizations; regional and extra-regional economic organizations, regional and extra-regional investors, International Rivers; Mekong River Commission (MRC) and other non-governmental organizations. The operating platform of this bond will apply MEAL Blockchain technology. A private Blockchain protocol built for the initiative with improved processing speed, security, easy integration and easy integration to expand other projects.
